SHIPPING CHARGES


UK

We use standard Royal Mail second class with all orders over £20 automatically sent via Signed For methods.

Orders up to and including £20 - £1.25.
Orders over £20 - FREE.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use Royal Mail standard shipping with orders over £20 automatically sent via signed/tracked methods.

Orders up to £4.99 - £3.75

Orders of £5 to £19.99 - £5.99

Orders of £20.00 - £49.99 - £9.99

Orders of £50.00 & over - Free

IMPORTANT NOTE - There may also be additional customs/duty/vat charges depending on what country the items are being shipped to. If there any issues before purchase, please don't hesitate in asking about this.

PLEASE NOTE - Certain countries are not available as an option due to a variety of reasons. If you have any queries as to why you don't see your country on the list, please do email liamfootballcardsworld@gmail.com.

ORDERING INFO

We aim to ship all orders within 24/48 hours but at busy times this could be within 3 working days.

We ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) so orders placed Friday will go out Monday/Tuesday at latest.

If after placing order you would like to make changes please contact us asap. If we can change items before shipping we will do so however if item has been shipped then you would need to make a new order or contact us to make changes by returning items at your own costs.

PLEASE NOTE - As we sell on multiple platforms there may be the odd occasion where an item shows as available but is out of stock, this is due to us not being able to manually remove it from stock if it has sold elsewhere, we do try to avoid situations like this but it may happen, if it does we will refund the payment for the card as soon as order is picked. 

 

RETURNS

In the event of any returns we have the following rules regarding postage and refunds.

If the mistake is on our part ie: damaged or incorrect cards we will cover all costs.

If the returns is due to a change of mind we will refund costs of goods only, we will not refund any shipping costs paid by the customer on either the original order or due to returning items. 

All items returned to us must be sent via Signed For methods with a tracking number to avoid any issues of us not receiving.
